Hello,
I am Stephanie Chitwood and I am the Library Media Specialist at Woodrow Wilson Elementary School. As a former classroom teacher and special education teacher, I bring a broad background of curriculum knowledge and a strong passion to help children enjoy the love of reading!
My number one goal is to help all patrons find the resources they are seeking. This might be a “just right” book for our beginning readers, challenging books for our skilled readers, or simply collaborating with colleagues to find the best books to cover their classroom themes, topics, and grade level standards.
Each classroom has a scheduled weekly library time, and we also have flexible checkout to ensure all students have full access to the library.
